We are seeking a driven Licensed Insurance Sales Rep to join our growing team. In this role, you will work with qualified leads, build relationships with prospective customers, and help individuals and families find insurance solutions that meet their needs. • Base salary of $36,000, expected first-year income between $70,000 - $90,000 with top earners making $100,000+ annually

• Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers
• Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
• Educate customers on Allstate products and coverage options that meet their needs
• Help individuals and families protect their assets and prepare for life's uncertainties
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process

• Property Casualty required, Life Health license is a plus
• Prior insurance experience is required, Allstate experience is preferred
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
