Job description

About the Role:
The Resilience Project Inc is looking for a passionate and driven Fundraiser to join our mission-driven team in New York, NY. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute fundraising campaigns to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and foundations
  • Plan and coordinate fundraising events, drives, and donor engagement initiatives
  • Write compelling grant proposals, donor appeals, and fundraising communications
  • Track and manage donor data using CRM software to ensure accurate records and reporting
  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to align fundraising strategies with organizational goals
  • Research new funding opportunities and prospective major gift donors
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, development, or donor relations
  • Proven track record of meeting fundraising targets and securing donations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive, donor-centered approach
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Bloomerang, or similar tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Genuine passion for social impact, community resilience, and nonprofit work
  • Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, or a related field preferred
