The Red Bird is hiring Cashiers & Sandwich Makers for:
Vienna, VA
The Red Bird is looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Cashiers/Sandwich Makers to join our team. We are seeking energetic individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preparing quality food, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and take orders accurately
  • Process cash and card transactions efficiently
  • Prepare sandwiches and other menu items according to company standards
  • Assist customers with menu questions and recommendations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and food preparation areas
  • Restock supplies and assist with daily operational tasks
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Ensure a positive dining experience for every guest
  • Work closely with team members during busy shifts

Requirements
  • Previous cashier, sandwich maker, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Availability for evenings and weekends
  • Reliable transportation
  • Basic English required (Spanish is a plus)

Pay & Schedule

  • $16/hour
  • Full Time
