In this Listing Agent role, you'll specialize in generating seller opportunities and confidently guiding clients through every phase of the listing and sales process. You'll receive access to premium tools, resources, and support designed to help you achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities
  • Connect with those thinking about selling a home or investment property in central Ohio
  • Follow the PLACE model to generate new leads
  • Schedule appointments and share the PLACE Selling Experience
  • Utilize Brivity CRM to track activities and clients
  • Conduct 2 open houses each month
  • Assist sellers to prepare their home for sale
  • Collaborate with other Realtors to accept and negotiate offers
Qualifications
  • Licensed in real estate
  • Team player
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Love to learn and practice skills
  • Ready to follow a plan
  • Excellent time management skills

If you are a self-motivated sales professional, then the Listing Agent position may be a terrific match for you.
