Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Allegan that are seeking Quality Managers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
  • Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance and development.
  • Oversee root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal specifications.
  • Manage customer feedback and complaints related to product quality.
