Role Description The Entry Level Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC. This position supports the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that promote causes and engagement initiatives for our clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with event planning and logistics, coordinating promotional materials, and supporting campaign timelines and deliverables. The Marketing Coordinator will help with promotional materials, in-person events, and reporting on campaign performance. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and client partners, maintaining organized project documentation, and ensuring that all activities align with campaign objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with internal teams and clients.
• Foundational Sales skills to support outreach activities and help drive audience engagement.
• Event Planning skills to assist with organizing, scheduling, and executing in-person and experiential campaigns.
• Basic Writing skills for marketing materials, social content, and campaign messaging.
• Entry-level Project Management skills to track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
• Interest in purpose-driven work and supporting organizations focused on social impact or nonprofit causes.
• Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC, collaborate effectively in a team environment, and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software)
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
