As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the face of our shop, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile (and maybe a sprinkle or two). Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and serving delicious ice cream treats with precision and care.

- Handling transactions at the register with efficiency and accuracy.

- Maintaining a clean and inviting shop environment.

- Answering customer questions and providing recommendations to help them find their perfect flavor.
