Job description

About the Role:
The Hydration Hut in Marina, CA is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team! You'll be the face of our brand, helping customers discover the best hydration solutions for their lifestyle, offering purified and alkaline options. In addition to hydration needs, you will serve Marianne's Ice Cream and receive some retain experience from the sale of supplies and pies.  If you love people and making a difference in someone's day, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in a welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional manner
  • Answer customer questions about products, services, and promotions
  • Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked storefront
  • Build lasting customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues with a positive, solution-focused attitude
  • Support team members and contribute to a collaborative store environment
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for health and wellness
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills
  • Must be available for flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
