Role Description The P&C Insurance Sales Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Seabrook, TX. The agent will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs, present appropriate P&C coverage options, and close sales for policies such as auto, home, renters, and other personal lines. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, conducting coverage reviews, preparing quotes, and processing policy changes. The agent will maintain accurate records in agency systems, follow up on renewals, and support customers with billing questions and claims guidance. This role also involves meeting individual and agency sales targets, participating in local marketing activities, and collaborating with team members to improve service and outreach.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and general Sales to effectively prospect, present solutions, and close new business.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Insurance and P&C products to explain coverage options and recommend suitable policies.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with Insurance Brokerage practices to compare offerings and structure policies that meet client needs.
• Relevant qualifications include strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfort with phone-based and in-person sales, and basic proficiency with office and CRM software.
• Ability to work on-site in Seabrook, TX, manage time effectively, and meet performance goals is essential.
• State Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe) is required or strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or retail sales is beneficial.
