Position Summary:
As a Cook at The Four One's Landing, you will play a key role in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for food.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
• Adapt to special requests or dietary needs when necessary

Qualifications:

• Prior kitchen or cooking experience preferred (line cook, prep cook, etc.)
• Strong understanding of food preparation and kitchen safety practices
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
