Center For Discovery, Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in Irvine, California. Key Responsibilities

• Conducting therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.
• Empathetically evaluating clients’ mental health and family dynamics to develop personalized and actionable treatment plans.
• Implementing evidence-based practices to address issues such as addiction, anxiety, depression, and relational conflicts.
• Maintaining meticulous records of client sessions, treatment progress, and therapeutic outcomes, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engaging in regular case conferences with fellow therapists to share insights, discuss treatment approaches, and collaborate on complex cases to enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds, encompassing individuals experiencing mental health challenges, couples seeking to improve their relationships, and families looking to strengthen their dynamics. Your role will require sensitivity to various cultural contexts and an ability to adapt therapeutic strategies that resonate with each client’s unique situation.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid LMFT license in California, confirming your professional status and capability to practice.
• Demonstrated experience providing therapeutic support to a diverse range of clients, showcasing your adaptability and understanding of different needs.
• Strong analytical skills combined with excellent interpersonal communication, enabling you to build rapport and effectively engage with clients.
• A proven ability to work autonomously while also thriving in a team-oriented virtual environment.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in providing therapy, particularly in a clinical or community health setting.
• A background in using different therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or family systems therapy.
• Experience with telehealth practices, including digital communication tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits
