We are seeking a skilled and safety conscious Light Metal Building Installer to join our construction crew. You will load, unload and assemble light pre-manufactured metal buildings, primary framing, installing walk in doors, windows, roll up doors and metal panels. You will be working as a 3rd crew member at an entry level position for the crew. This role is designed for someone with a solid foundation in general construction who wants to specialize in the metal building trade. You will work alongside experienced leads to learn how to assemble light pre manufactured steel structures. While we will train you on specific metal building techniques, you must already have job site experience and be completely comfortable working safely at heights while on ladders outdoors and be ready to travel regularly during the workweek. Because our company services projects statewide, this position requires frequent out-of-town overnight travel.  We provide a company truck and trailer for crew transport to the jobsites and cover all lodging and travel expenses. This is a year-round position where the typical working schedule involves loading on Monday for a few hours to prepare for the installation week, followed by installations from Tuesday through Friday (with occasional Saturdays).
