Are you an early riser who loves working in the kitchen? The Bay Restaurant, located in the heart of Whitefish Bay, WI, is looking for a dedicated Morning Prep Cook to join our team. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to take part in a rebrand/elevation of an already great restaurant under the mentor of a James Beard Award Winning Chef/Owner.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Morning Prep Cook, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and measuring ingredients according to recipes to ensure consistent and delicious

results.
- Assisting in the preparation of menu items to meet our high-quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to uphold food safety and hygiene practices.
- Supporting the team by taking on additional tasks as needed to help the business thrive.

What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- 1 year of experience working in a kitchen or similar food preparation role.
- The ability to read and follow recipes accurately to deliver consistent results.
- A strong sense of responsibility and dependable transportation to ensure timely arrival for

morning shifts.

-Maintain a clean, efficient, and orderly facility with a thorough attention to detail & pride of

ownership in this process.
- A positive team-oriented attitude and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.
