Our mission is to promote commitment to and respect for all animals and free them from suffering, abuse and exploitation. Essential Functions and What You’ll Do
Provide compassionate care to all animals in need
• Triage and stabilize emergency patients
• Diagnose and treat all species
• Maintain medical records
• Steward controlled substances
• Supervise Veterinary Technicians
• Teach Texas A amp;M veterinary students
• Perform high-quality, high-volume spay/neuter
• Perform elective and non-elective surgeries
• Educate clients, staff, and volunteers
• Serve as Houston SPCA ambassador
