Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the construction and renovation of residential swimming pools
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials

• Work effectively with the crew and independently as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in residential construction preferred

• Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and procedures
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites

• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
• Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up materials

• Follow site safety protocols and company procedures
• Work collaboratively with the team and independently when required
• Perform general labor duties as assigned by the site supervisor

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience in residential construction is preferred
• Knowledge of concrete finishing, carpentry, or other trades is a strong asset
• Strong attention to detail and a positive work attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work without constant supervision
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working outdoors
• Must have reliable transportation to the shop and have a valid drivers license in good order
