We work with law firms, implementing and optimizing case management systems (Filevine, Clio, SmartAdvocate, CasePeer, Smokeball), building custom automations, and delivering data-driven tools that help firms operate more efficiently. Certified in Clio, Filevine, and other legal technology platforms.

Role Description: We're looking for an entry-level Legal Tech Associate who can be flexible across multiple tasks and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to assess legal workflows, interpret data, and recommend practical technology solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical legal professionals and create concise documentation.
• Technical support and troubleshooting skills for software tools, systems, and integrations commonly used in law firm environments.
• Familiarity with legal practice management, document management, or e-discovery tools is beneficial.
• Interest in or experience with light coding, scripting, or no-code/low-code tools
• Experience collaborating with legal or professional services teams is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Law, Legal Studies, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
