Job description

Based in Sacramento, we specialize in face-to-face marketing, customer acquisition, and brand representation for top-tier clients across various industries.

We are currently looking for motivated and personable individuals to join our growing team as Customer Engagement & Sales Associates. In this role, you’ll serve as the direct link between our clients’ brands and their customers, delivering personalized service and driving sales through meaningful interactions.

Your Role at Tenacity Solutions:

  • Represent our clients’ products and services in a professional, energetic manner
  • Connect with customers in-store and face-to-face to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Build strong rapport to drive customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty
  • Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to deliver value and confidence to each interaction
  • Collaborate with your team to meet sales targets and contribute to a positive, high-performance culture

  • Have strong communication and active listening skills
  • Enjoy helping people and solving problems
  • Are self-motivated and goal-driven
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

  • Have experience in customer service, retail, or sales (not required, but a plus)
