TSG Executive Search is seeking an
HR Coordinator to support onboarding, recruiting coordination, employee records, compliance tracking, and day-to-day HR administration. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, paperwork, and employee file setup
- Support recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and posting jobs
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Track required licenses, certifications, background checks, and other compliance items
- Assist employees with routine HR questions and direct them to the right resources
- Support offboarding and other HR administrative processes
- Help keep HR systems, trackers, and reports up to date
Requirements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems preferred
- Healthcare, therapy, or multi-site experience is a plus
