The Technical Project Manager will lead large and complex technical projects from initial concept through final implementation. The initial portfolio will focus on parking systems, related security technology projects, and video incident detection (V


ID).
Parking initiatives include hardware modernization, prepayment capabilities, and technology designed to expedite visitor entry and exit. The security portfolio includes projects involving video surveillance and VID. The Technical Project Manager will coordinate technical specialists, construction and facilities partners, vendors, internal subject-matter experts, and executive stakehol


ders.
Security domain expertise is helpful but not required because the organization has an internal security subject-matter expert. However, the successful candidate must have sufficient technical understanding to manage the work, ask appropriate questions, coordinate dependencies, and communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Construction knowledge is required for this port
