The Opportunity
We're looking for a marketing leader to define the next chapter of TechSee's growth. As the VP of Marketing You'll shape how the market understands AI for Home, establish TechSee's leadership in the Connected Smart Home market, and help define a category at the intersection of computer vision, conversational AI, and autonomous service across our enterprise and consumer-facing solutions.
This role is ideal for an experienced marketing leader who knows how excels in transforming complex AI technologies into compelling market narratives. They should have proven ability to build clear differentiated positioning, create demand, and bring innovative technology products to market. The successful candidate will have experience marketing B2C products alongside B2B technology solutions ideally within the Smart Living Ecosystem - Smart Home, Home Connectivity, Consumer Technology, or Connected Devices industries.
Working closely with the CEO and executive team, you'll own TechSee's market narrative, accelerate enterprise growth, and build a brand that stands apart in one of the fastest-moving markets in technology.
Key Responsibilities

• Own TechSee's market strategy and category leadership.: Define our positioning, messaging, and market narrative while building awareness, demand, and preference across enterprise buyers, partners, analysts, and industry influencers. Lead market positioning and go-to-market strategy : Own positioning, messaging, product launches, and go-to-market plans in collaboration with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and company leadership.
• Lead product marketing efforts including new product introduction and sales enablement programs and content.
• Drive demand generation and growth: Lead ABM, field marketing, and inbound and outbound campaigns that support pipeline and revenue growth.
• Build the TechSee brand and market leadership: : Lead content, communications, PR, executive thought leadership, events, and analyst relations to strengthen TechSee's position in the market.
• Develop customer, consumer, and partner marketing: develop programs that increase product adoption, engagement, retention, advocacy, and partner collaboration.
• Measure and optimize marketing performance: Define and track marketing KPIs, optimize programs, and manage the marketing budget.
• Lead and scale the marketing team: Build a collaborative, high-performing team while remaining hands-on in the planning and execution of key initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a marketing leadership role such as Senior Director, VP, Head of Marketing, or equivalent.
• A curious, mindset with a passion for emerging marketing AI technologies and a preference toward action in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Proven experience in B2B2C Marketing, preferably within a startup or scale-up environment, combined with experience marketing Consumer facing applications and services.
• Relevant industry experience in Smart Home, Home Connectivity, Consumer Electronics, Connected Devices.
• Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for technology products.
• Strong hands-on experience across product marketing, demand generation, and brand development.
• Strong understanding of enterprise buying journeys and consumer behavior, with a track record of driving measurable pipeline, adoption, or engagement.
• Excellent analytical, communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex technology into compelling customer narratives.
• MBA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
