Help keep the shop running smoothly with other duties as assigned

What You Bring:
Ability to read and understand truss layout designs
Experience with basic hand tools and power tools
Comfortable lifting, hammering, and working on jigs throughout the day
Basic math skills and ability to use both imperial and metric measuring tapes
Previous construction or manufacturing experience is an asset
Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team

What We Bring:
Competitive wage (based on experience)
Day shift, night shift availability
Group benefits after 3-month probation
Free on-site parking
Company events and team lunches
Fast-paced, team-driven work environment
A team that's invested in you-professionally and personally

Please note: While we sincerely appreciate all applications, only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
