We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial activities, maintaining accurate records, and supporting overall accounting operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Process invoices, expenses, and payroll
• Maintain financial records and reports
• Assist with monthly closing and bookkeeping tasks
• Work with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping/accounting experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
