What You'll Do

As a Roofing Sales Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify opportunities and help them find the right roofing and exterior solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meet with homeowners and build genuine relationships
• Learn and perform roof and exterior inspections
• Safely access and climb residential roofs as required to perform inspections
• Educate homeowners about roofing and exterior solutions
• Generate new opportunities through neighborhood outreach, networking, referrals, and community involvement
• Follow up with homeowners and manage your sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate information in our CRM system
• Work closely with leadership and your team to improve your sales skills
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation to completed project

Sales or roofing experience is a plus, but it is not required.

People with backgrounds in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, real estate, automotive, insurance, recruiting, or management may find their skills transfer well into this role.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel throughout Columbus and surrounding areas
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Ability and willingness to safely climb roofs
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of residential roof inspections

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with a performance-based commission structure.

Your earning potential is directly tied to your production, with successful representatives having the opportunity to earn $80,000–$150,000+ annually.

There is no cap on your earning potential. No Base Pay.
