As a Barista, you will craft specialty drinks using artisanal techniques, including coffee, tea, and other beverages, within a small team environment. The role involves providing excellent customer service and maintaining equipment to ensure quality and efficiency. Shifts are flexible, allowing adaptation to varying schedules, while inventory management is handled by separate staff members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare specialty drinks such as coffee and tea using artisanal methods
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest experience
• Maintain and clean beverage preparation equipment
• Collaborate effectively within a small team (2-5 members)
• Adapt to flexible shift schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in food service
• Proficient in espresso machine operation
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Effective time management and communication
• Teamwork orientation and attention to detail
• Experience making specialty drinks
• Previous roles as server or waiter are a plus
