Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Environmental Studies, Management, or a related field.
- At least five years of progressive professional experience in a related industry.
- Minimum of three years of direct management experience leading teams, departments, or business units.
- Demonstrated success in developing employees, managing performance, and building high-performing teams.
