About the role:

Help keep the world's aircraft engines and gas turbines flying safely — join a global leader in aerospace and industrial engine solutions. Onsite in Carson City, NV

Our client is a global engineering and solutions company, and a leading provider of aftermarket parts, repairs, and solutions that extend the life of aircraft engines and gas turbines. You'll work alongside top engineering talent on the technologies powering aerospace, energy, and defense industries worldwide.

What You'll Do:

• Design fixturing, tooling, and CNC programs for milling and grinding turbine components
• Partner with Operations and Quality to ensure flawless production and part quality
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean tools and methodologies
• Lead cross-functional project teams on new designs, repairs, and process enhancements
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to bring new parts, repairs, and technologies to life
• Champion innovative solutions that move the needle on business performance

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• 2+ years of engineering experience in aerospace or industrial gas turbine mechanical design
• Manufacturing environment experience
• Proficiency in 3D CAD Modeling and CAM Programming (Siemens NX preferred)
• Multi-Axis Milling and Grinding experience (Okuma a plus)
• Strong project management skills and Lean/CI mindset
• A collaborative spirit and a track record of delivering results in multi-disciplinary teams
• Bonus: familiarity with FAA PMA/RS-DER guidelines
