The Payment Specialist is a crucial member of our financial team, responsible for managing and processing transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. This role is integral to our marketing operations, supporting financial activities that facilitate marketing initiatives and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Process payments and invoices in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy.
- Reconcile daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in handling any payment-related inquiries from clients and vendors.
- Prepare reports on payment activities and trends for management review.
- Collaborate with marketing and accounting teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Monitor payment systems and suggest improvements or enhancements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance or related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in payment processing systems and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in a finance or payments role is preferred but not necessary.
