Senior Consultant / Project Manager (all genders) – Process Industry (Pharma & Chemicals)

Your mission

• Analysing client data and conducting in-depth market, competitor and business research to derive strategic recommendations
• Developing strategic recommendations based on the analysis of game theory frameworks and concepts, and applying them to competitive and negotiation strategies
• Taking ownership of clients' challenges and guiding them through the solution journey
• Driving project workstreams and cross-functional workshops, in line with your experience
• Working on a variety of exciting client projects with a team of skilled experts

Depending on your experience and expertise, you may join us at either Senior Consultant or Project Manager level, with corresponding responsibility for project delivery, client interactions and team leadership.

LOCATION

This position can be based in Berlin or Munich, with regular travel to client sites and TWS offices.

Your profile

• Master’s degree or PhD in economics, business economics, mathematics or physics, natural sciences, engineering, psychology, social sciences (preferably with a logical-analytical focus)
• 2–4 years of professional experience, including project experience in the pharmaceutical and/or chemicals industry (process industry), ideally with a background in consulting
• Knowledge of game theory principles, concepts and applications or strong interest to learn
• Interest in applying AI-driven methods in a business and consulting context
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills and structured work style
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, combined with an open-minded and team-oriented personality
• Availability for business-related travel
