The Account Supervisor plays a pivotal role as a cross‑functional team member responsible for leading the day‑to‑day with excellence and ensuring the executional success of brand campaigns and initiatives for one of the largest CPG companies in the U.S. This leader will be the ‘conductor’ of holistic advertising programs as well as a team comprised of Account, Creative, Production, Media – and be an essential part of strategic planning, creative development, and ensuring the creative output achieves clients’ and the agency’s objectives. Ultimately, creating and building trust with all internal departments, clients and partner agencies. They oversee any AEs/AAEs and manage up accordingly.

Responsibilities
  • Partner to create innovative, business solutions based on expert knowledge of the client’s business, industry, market trends and encourage new ideas from direct reports
  • Act as a key client contact, overseeing all aspects of key projects of brand idea from initial concept through to execution
  • Communicate with client regularly to set project expectations, negotiate deliverables and obtain updates on the client’s business
  • Manage ways to bring ideas to life across departments, gain support and ownership of all key stakeholders to execute project plans and productions on time and budget
  • Management of direct reports, fostering and enabling their growth and best performance
  • Makes suggestions for broadening the range of strategies and tactics employed on a given project or brand
  • Ensure creative product is developed according to deliverables
  • Manage project scope & define project resource requirements
  • Maintain quality assurance and develop ideas for continuous improvement
  • Reinforce roles and accountabilities internally and with the client
  • Identify opportunities to incorporate sister agencies and ensure strategic alignment so that the best ideas get to market
  • Guide, advise, assist and inspire all team members with the explicit goal of developing the next generation of account management talent at the agency
  • Apply understanding of key financial measures to brand management and use financial analysis to evaluate opportunities
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • Infrequent travel
  • On‑site work expectations

Compensation Range: $75,050- $120,159 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
