Job description

Head Start Training amp; Data Coordinator
Head Start is seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative individual to coordinate staff training and data systems that drive positive outcomes for children and empower families toward long-term success.

As Training amp; Data Coordinator, you will:
  • Complete data entry and run reports for management, as needed
  • Complete all documentation and reports required for program compliance and measurement of performance targets
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and schedules
  • Plan and coordinate staff training to meet regulatory and funding source requirements
  • Develop and maintain tracking system for staff training documentation and staff qualifications and certifications
  • Lead coordination and scheduling of annual pre-service training and ensure budget feasibility
This position is located at our main office in Oneonta, is a year-round position.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Associate degree in business or related field and two years relevant job experience in data management OR Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and one year relevant job experience in data management; expertise in database management, use of computers and office software, valid, unrestricted New York State driver’s license.

Technical and service skills required by duties; client service orientation; accountability for results; teamwork; adaptability; reliability; specialized knowledge of the field; work predominantly varied in character.
Working Conditions:
Typical office environment and equipment; local travel
