Descripción General
El/la Oficial de Retención será responsable de desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias dirigidas a la retención y satisfacción de estudiantes/clientes, ofreciendo seguimiento continuo y apoyo en los procesos institucionales. La persona seleccionada trabajará de manera colaborativa con diferentes departamentos para promover una experiencia positiva y fomentar la permanencia de los participantes.
Responsabilidades- Dar seguimiento a estudiantes/clientes para promover su retención y continuidad.
- Orientar y asistir en procesos administrativos y de servicio.
- Identificar necesidades, situaciones o riesgos que puedan afectar la permanencia.
- Mantener comunicación efectiva y profesional con estudiantes/clientes.
- Documentar gestiones y actualizar información en sistemas institucionales.
- Colaborar con actividades, campañas y proyectos relacionados con retención y servicio.
- Preparar informes y apoyar en tareas administrativas según sea requerido.
- Bachillerato (BA) o Grado Asociado (GA) en Administración de Empresas.
- Excelentes destrezas de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Experiencia en servicio al cliente o áreas relacionadas preferiblemente.
- Conocimiento básico en computadoras y programas de oficina.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y manejar múltiples tareas.
- Organización y atención al detalle.
- Empatía y orientación al servicio.
- Capacidad para resolver problemas y dar seguimiento efectivo.
- Actitud profesional y proactiva.
