TPC is seeking a highly driven, detail-oriented Analyst to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role designed for a recent or soon-to-be college graduate who is eager to build a career at the intersection of finance, technology, and structured transactions. We are a fast-paced financial engineering and structuring platform, and this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, is intellectually curious, and is ready to take on meaningful responsibility from day one.

What You'll Do:

• Support the structuring and execution of complex financial transactions
• Build and maintain Excel models for underwriting, forecasting, and analysis
• Assist in preparing client presentations, investment materials, and internal reporting
• Identify and implement process improvements, including automation and workflow optimization
• Work cross-functionally with finance, legal, and operations teams
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and insight generation

What We're Looking For:

• Recent or upcoming graduate with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Advanced Excel skills (modeling, data manipulation, high attention to detail)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with senior team members and clients
• High intellectual curiosity with a strong interest in financial structuring and deal-making
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms (or strong interest in learning)
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to accounting principles and financial statements
• Experience building financial models or working with large datasets
• Familiarity with Python, Power BI, or workflow automation tools
