About the Role: 
TLS Automotive Inc is looking for an experienced and driven Shop Manager to lead our team in Fort Myers, FL! This is an exciting opportunity to take the helm of a busy automotive shop, overseeing daily operations while delivering top-notch service to our customers. Responsibilities: 

• Oversee day-to-day shop operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Manage and mentor automotive technicians and service staff to maintain high performance standards
• Coordinate vehicle repair and maintenance workflow, scheduling, and bay assignments
• Handle customer inquiries, estimates, and complaints with professionalism and care
• Monitor inventory, order parts, and manage vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and shop policies
• Track shop performance metrics including labor efficiency, revenue, and customer retention

Requirements:
 

• Proven experience as an automotive shop manager or service manager
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency with shop management software and point-of-sale systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth
• I-Car certification or equivalent automotive credentials preferred
