About the Role:
Join TIMELESS DEDICATION LLC as a Registered Nurse in Petersburg, VA, where your skills and compassion will make a difference in patients' lives. Be part of a dedicated team that values excellence in healthcare and fosters a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in group home settings.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training sessions.
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a slow-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training.
