Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate 2nd Shift is responsible for general warehouse operations support, such as order picking, palletizing, order consolidation, Inventory counts, and warehouse assistance. 


General Duties and Responsibilities

  • Daily order picking and fulfillment from customer orders provided by the TIG warehouse lead and supervisor. 
  • Scan products, palletize orders according to instructions, and prepare for wrapping and shipping.
  • Execute Inventory cycle counts.
  • Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
  • Order packing, consolidation, and order verifications.
  • Provide general warehouse support as needed, such as organizing products, and maintaining clean and safe work areas.
Requirements:

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in a warehouse or 3PL environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
  • Experience and competence with computers, RF scanner experience preferred.
  • Ability to use a pallet jack and other basic warehouse equipment.

  • Assertive and clear written and oral communication.
  • Detailed oriented, organized, and able to problem solve. 
  • Ability to work independently and team-orientated, able to work with diverse individuals within and outside of TIG.
