We are a growing small business in need of a  Production Line Feeder is responsible to ensuring a continuous flow of materials throughout the sewing production line. This position supplies sewing operators with cut components and materials, removes completed bundles, and transports work to the next production operation to maintain efficiency and minimize downtime.
Duties include:
  •  Deliver cut fabric bundles, components, and supplies to sewing operators according to the production schedule. 
  •  Monitor workflow to ensure operators do not run out of work. 
  •  Collect completed bundles and transport them to the next operation in the production process. 
  •  Maintain accurate sequencing of bundles to prevent production errors. 
  •  Verify bundle tickets, work orders, and quantities before distribution. 
  •  Assist with balancing workflow by identifying bottlenecks and communicating delays to the Production Manager. 
  •  Organize workstations and staging areas to promote efficient material flow. 
  •  Replenish production supplies as needed. 
  •  Maintain accurate work-in-process inventory between production operations. 
  •  Follow quality standards to ensure bundles remain complete and properly identified.  
  •  Assist with other production duties as assigned. 
Required Qualifications:
  •  High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 
  •  Previous manufacturing or sewing production experience preferred but not required. 
  •  Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. 
  •  Strong organizational and communication skills. 
  •  Ability to read production tickets and follow work instructions. 
  •  Dependable with good attendance and teamwork skills. 
Physical Requirements
  •  Frequently stand and walk throughout the work shift. 
  •  Lift and carry bundles weighing up to 30 pounds. 
  •  Push carts containing production materials. 
  •  Bend, reach, stoop, and twist regularly. 
  •  Perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
