T2 Environmental is hiring a dependable, hardworking Landfill Operator to join our team. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

This is not a job where you sit in equipment all day. Every day is different, and our team works together to keep the landfill operating safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment (dozers, loaders, excavators, loaders, etc.)
• Direct and manage waste placement at the landfill
• Pump and transfer leachate water
• Scale trucks and process incoming loads
• Interact professionally with truck drivers and customers
• Perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Keep the site clean and organized
• Assist with lifting, cleanup, and other physical tasks as needed
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Heavy equipment experience is required
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
