Job Description:

We're looking for motivated, self-driven Sales Representatives to help grow our freight brokerage by cold calling and bringing in new shipping customers.

In this role, you'll reach out to businesses that ship freight, build relationships, and generate new shipper accounts. This is a commission-only opportunity with unlimited earning potential for individuals who are confident in their sales abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Cold call businesses to generate new shipper accounts.
• Identify companies with shipping needs.
• Build relationships with decision-makers.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Submit qualified shipper leads that become active customers.

Qualifications:

• 2 years or more previous cold calling or B2B sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Reliable phone and internet connection.

Compensation:

• 100% Commission Only
• Unlimited earning potential.
• Earn recurring commissions on qualified shipper accounts you bring in (if applicable).
