• Monitor network traffic for unusual activity and potential threats.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data.
• Respond to security incidents and breaches, conducting thorough investigations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security best practices are followed.
• Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and threats.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Proven experience in a cybersecurity role or related field.
• Strong understanding of network security and protocols.
• Familiarity with security tools and software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP) are advantageous.
Preferred:
• Experience with cloud security solutions.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
