Our organization is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and identifying potential patient growth opportunities, developing relationships with key community healthcare partners,

and working with the executive team to create and implement strategies for growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the industry, and a passion for developing innovative solutions to complex healthcare problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing referral sources.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential patients and understand their needs.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and develop strategies to increase census.
  • Develop marketing plans to promote products and services.
  • Develop presentations for potential referral sources.
