What Youll Do

• Deliver best-in-class customer care services to clients and guests
• Work alongside our operations team to deliver excellent customer care services.
  
• Ensure compliance with the companys policies and procedures.
• Provide information and direction to customers
• Create a safe, welcoming, and enjoyableeventexperience

What You Bring

• Minimum 1 year of customer care experience in Ontario
• Excellent communication skills
• A passion for teamwork and delivering great experiences
• Availability to work weekends
• Ability to stand and work for up to 10 hours
• A positive, approachable attitude
• French language skills (an asset)

Salary $19 per hour
