We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a collaborative rehabilitation team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Willmar, Minnesota. This PRN opportunity offers flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful impact by helping patients regain mobility, independence, and quality of life.
Whether you're an experienced clinician or a new graduate, you'll be welcomed into a supportive environment that values teamwork, professional growth, and exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist

  • Help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall function
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Active Minnesota PTA license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
