Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for a temporary HR Administrator for an automotive facility in Fremont, OH. This is a temporary role that is short-term, but there is potential for it to turn into a permanent role!
Job Duties:

• Manage visitor and front desk traffic through lobby and phones.
• Document retention and filing.
• Manage office supply & PPE inventory and ordering.
• Maintain teammate personnel files.
• All aspects of recruiting for temporary and temp to hire positions(prescreening through multiple channels, conduct interviews, and coordinate pre-hire background checks, physical/drug screens.)
• Conduct new hire orientations and training
• Benefits Coordinator
• HRIS administration such as address changes, phone number changes, etc.
• Time keeping (Print time sheets, approve time for payroll, and submit payroll time records to accounting.)
• Track employee attendance & points and issue write-ups accordingly.
• Maintain HS&E element: 8, 9, & 11.
• Catering & event coordinator.
• All other related duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

This is a Monday to Friday role, 8AM to 5PM.
