Job description
As a Field Service Supervisor at Superior Performance in Midland, TX, you will lead field operations to ensure equipment and procedures meet exacting standards. Key responsibilities include interpreting torque turn graphs, inspecting tubular threads, and using laser tally equipment with accuracy to verify compliance with specifications.
This position calls for technical skill, leadership, and a strong focus on safety and quality. With a rotating on-call schedule, you will guide field teams, maintain QHSE requirements, and support dependable service for our clients.
Accurately interpret torque turn graph interpretation
Accurately uselaser tally equipment to measure the length of the pipe according to the tubular specifications
Follow company procedures and work instructions
Daily per diem when working in the field, furnished lodging
PPE & uniform provided by the company
