We're looking for a Staff Automation Engineer to drive automation across Business Systems, Security, Production Engineering, and IT. You'll design AIpowered workflows, integrate enterprise systems, and improve operational efficiency through automation, infrastructure-as-code, and intelligent agents.

We're looking for a Staff Automation Engineer to drive automation across Business Systems, Security, Production Engineering, and IT. You'll design AIpowered workflows, integrate enterprise systems, and improve operational efficiency through automation, infrastructure-as-code, and intelligent agents.
What you'll do
- Build AI- and LLM-driven automations, chatbots, and agentic workflows
- Develop and maintain automation across enterprise tools (Atlassian, Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom), security platforms, and cloud environments
- Deploy infrastructure using Terraform and containerization
- Create integrations using REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, JavaScript, and Python
- Improve and troubleshoot existing workflows for reliability and performance
- Document workflows, participate in code reviews, and collaborate across IT, Security, and business teams
- 10+ years in automation engineering or systems integration
- Experience with platforms like Tines, Retool, Superblocks, or n8n
- Strong skills in Terraform, scripting, APIs, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
- Hands-on experience with LLM/AI automation
- Familiarity with identity systems (Okta, SCIM) and RBAC
Preferred
- Experience with databases (Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, DynamoDB)
- CI/CD pipeline familiarity
- Exposure to AI tools across IT, Security, and Production Engineering
