The Sales/Production Coordinator plays a critical role in balancing sales and production tasks within a cross-functional team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this position works closely with the production team and engages in direct client communication. The coordinator supports the flow of orders through sales coordination and production scheduling, ensuring quality control and facilitating problem resolution while utilizing custom production tools and ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales activities and provide order processing support
- Schedule and track production to meet client deadlines
- Communicate directly with clients for order updates and issue resolution
- Support quality control initiatives throughout production
- Serve as liaison between sales and production departments
- Manage data entry and maintain accurate documentation
