Sunrise Damage Restoration

Sunrise Damage Restoration is seeking an experienced Restoration Estimator to join our growing team.

We are looking for a motivated professional who can follow up on incoming leads, meet customers at their homes or businesses, inspect damage, prepare accurate estimates, and help turn opportunities into restoration projects.

Responsibilities

● Respond to and follow up on new customer leads promptly

● Travel to residential and commercial properties to inspect damage

● Evaluate water, fire, smoke, mold, and other property damage

● Prepare detailed and accurate restoration estimates

● Communicate estimates and scope of work clearly to customers

● Follow up with customers after estimates are provided

● Work with insurance adjusters, property managers, and other professionals when necessary

● Coordinate with the production team once a job is approved

● Maintain excellent communication throughout the sales and estimating process

Requirements

● Minimum 5 years of experience in the restoration industry is required

● Strong restoration estimating experience

● Knowledge of water and fire damage restoration and mitigation

● Experience with Xactimate is strongly preferred

● Strong sales, communication, and customer-service skills

● Ability to inspect properties and accurately determine the scope of work

● Professional appearance and attitude

● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

● Ability to work independently and follow up aggressively and professionally on leads
