STYLE ENCORE

Our customers enjoy a variety of styles and trends selected by our fashion forward staff at prices up to 90% off regular retail value. We buy all seasons, all day, every day and pay cash on the spot to our selling customers. We are looking for energetic, fashion conscious people to join our team. MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
  • Exhibit appropriate retail selling and buying behaviors. Greet customers immediately, determine their needs, and handle all transactions in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
  • Buy and price used product, based on pricing and buying guidelines.
  • Develop proficiency in operating computerized Point of Sale (POS) and sales tracking system for all sales transactions, buys, returns, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Prior retail experience preferred in similar product lines, but willing to train the right candidate.
  • Proven retail customer service skills required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, up to 8 hours a day.
  • Lifting up to 40 lbs. without assistance. May involve heavier lifting with assistance of team member or cart/dolly. Bending, rotating, and reaching customary to a retail environment; including receiving, pricing, and stocking/back stocking merchandise.
  • Exposure to typical retail environment conditions and noise levels.
  • Able to operate a computerized sales terminal.
