Requirements:

• Previous construction experience required
• Basic knowledge of common construction tools and equipment
• Ability to safely lift and carry heavy materials, including lumber, windows, doors, and construction equipment
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Responsibilities:

• Assist with residential remodeling and construction projects
• Load, unload, and transport building materials
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Install and assist with framing, windows, doors, flooring, trim, and other remodeling tasks
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
• Follow instructions and maintain high-quality workmanship
