Responsibilities

• Collaborate with production to optimize tool designs and processes.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of tools and dies to ensure optimal functionality.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards within the department.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in tool and die manufacturing, with at least 3-5 years’ experience
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, materials, and engineering principles.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using CAD software and other relevant tools.
